I know this looks like a simple drawing but yeah here you go. Lol, this is my first ever attempt at sketching and I know it’s not really the best. But hey, it helps me cope with my day job’s stress. I created this one when I was going through a bad keto-flu but managed it with sketching out my stress and also having

since it helps with the electrolytes and stuff. This picture displays the basic principles of a high fat- low carb diet where 75% of your macros come from fats only.
