"Throughout my career as an artist, I’ve always found that a blank sheet of paper is the best canvas. When I have an idea, I like to use my Moleskine to just empty my mind. There are no rules in my paintings, but I love using lots of colors, because I’m from Turks and Caicos and beautiful color is what’s natural for us. Every color is a feeling and I want to feel good, so I put every good feeling into my paintings."
