I’m not a professional artist. I draw random images with pencil and black pen that pop into my head on lined paper in my Moleskin notebook. This image came to me while sitting outside of a Starbucks recently. I carry my Sharpie markers with me, so colored this image with them. I like to leave the color of the skin blank, or paper-toned, to make the background colors pop. This image is like the personification of a basket of vibrant fruit. It makes me feel happy.
