Ohtani missed his 40th home run, but won with 3 trades – home runs

The LA Angels beat the strongest Atlanta Braves 4-1 with the performance of fielders and bullpen pitchers traded at the deadline. 56 wins and 51 losses in the season.

At Trois Park in Atlanta, the final destination of nine consecutive away games, the Angels led to a three-point victory with a home run by outfielder Randall Grichuck from the Colorado Rockies the previous day, a timely hit by first baseman CJ Cron, and a 1.2 inning finish by bullpen Reynaldo Lopez.

Shohei Otani, the team’s core, hit a home run in the top of the ninth inning with no outs and runners on first and second base, but failed to achieve 40 home runs in July due to a good defense by Atlanta center fielder Michael Harris II. The 39th edition of the season. His batting average increased to 0.305 with two hits and one walk in three at-bats. Grichuck struck out three in his Angels debut, but hit a decisive home run to help the team win. One hit and one RBI in four at-bats.

The Angels, who suffered a losing series against Toronto with one win and two losses, took the lead in the first inning with a home run (10th) by top hitter Luis Renigpo. Then in the fourth inning, Grichuck picked his ninth solo shot to right-center to lead 2-0.

Atlanta (67 wins and 37 losses), the strongest home run leader in the National League, recovered one run with his 36th home run of the season in the bottom of the fifth inning, trailing 1-2. However, the Angels immediately widened the gap by two points in the top of the sixth inning with catcher Chad Wallak’s home run (7th). First baseman Kron hit a timely hit to solidify the Angels transfer in the ninth inning with a 3-1 lead.

Following starter Chase Silses’ good pitching of three hits and one run in five innings, the Angels neutralized the slugging line’s attack on Atlanta by locking the back door with four innings of one hit, four walks, and four strikeouts.

In particular, Lopez kept the victory with a five-out finish at a time when he was unable to take the mound due to two innings pitching by closer Carlos Esteves the previous day. Lopez is not perfect with two walks, but he uses a fast ball of 161km (100 miles). 스포츠토토핫
