 I lead the Programme and Project Management Practice at the UNDP Bratislava Regional Centre. My main areas of expertise Programme and project management, results-based management, performance measurement Training and certification in management standards Change management, capacity development   My work I work closely with the senior management of more than 20 UNDP Country Offices in Europe and the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS); and work with all UNDP staff in the region helping to ensure that UNDP programmes are designed to produce results. With a team of advisors and specialists, I also help them strengthen their capacities in the key functional areas of management including: Results-based management Financial resources management Monitoring and evaluation Procurement Information and communications technologies (ICTs) Operations, including: business process improvements, internal control framework, improved ATLAS use Human resources Safety and security  Change management and facilitation support United Nations harmonization activities I have 20 years of solid track record in programme management as well as extensive knowledge and experience in United Nations Development Group priorities and procedures.
