Juan Carlos Rodríguez Manco (“Jotaka”) is a Peruvian Cartoonist, Graphic Designer, Freelance Illustrator and Visual Artist.  Graduated at the National School of Fine Arts of Perú (ENSABAP) in the year 2013, receiving the title of Bachelor in Visual Arts. He has collaborated with many Peruvian publications like Peru 21, La República, among other institutions. He has been invited to participate in several collective art exhibitions and is currently working on a variety of artistic projects. He writes and manages his own Blog at La República Daily News website. He lives in Lima. He doesn't even know why.
