Hey! Great Idea! You can also glue them from the top down between the signatures ( sections and the spine cover. I’ve done this with other reference books I have its easy. Just open your journal in the very center lay it pages down. this should provide enough of a gap to put a little glue. (elmers works fine) Then insert the ribbons of your choice from the top down. Closes journal and allow to dry before using.
