Prefaced with the image of the Trinita del Monti and a beautiful piece of poetry from the late Beat poet Ted Joans, this illustrated journal account is a story of my Friday afternoon on the usually crowded Spanish Steps (Scalinata della Trinita del Monti), where I sought plenty of inspiration on the late afternoon of March 28, 2014.
