In the Eternal City in late March of 2014, I spent a good part of my first Friday afternoon sitting on the Spanish Steps (Scalinata della Trinita del Monti) and sketching the Trinita del Monti, while observing and staying aware of life happening around me on the Piazza di Spagna.
