casa colonial garden jazz, oaxaca
i sketched the jazz concert in the garden of the small hotel in oaxaca where i stayed. i was wonderfully surprized when the renown lila downs stepped up to sing a song in the beautiful garden. i colored in my sketch and later collaged in a photo i took of lila singing.
