GMB is a very ‘flamboyant’ patisserie situated in an industrial estate near the small town of Castiglione del Lago, on Lago di Trasimeno. Pretty unlikely, I’ll admit. They serve great coffee and wonderful pastries and stuff…. and I’m not a big fun of sweet stuff but even I have enjoyed their delicacies…..
