Jean-Michel Basquiat is an artist from the United States who is very well known for his unique and colorful works. However, before becoming famous, he had experienced a difficult time in finding a job.

At that time, Basquiat had just left home and had to make a living for himself. He started out as a street artist, drawing on the pavement and earning a small fortune from people who were impressed by his work. However, he wants more than that and tries to apply for a job at an art gallery.

However, his attempts to land a job at an art gallery are not easy. Basquiat had to send many cover letters to various art galleries, but always received negative answers or even no reply at all. This left him very frustrated and desperate.

However, he did not give up and continued to send application letters to various art galleries. Until finally, he was accepted into a small art gallery and began to earn money from his work. In the gallery, he learned a lot about art and also met people who eventually helped him become famous in the art world.

Despite this, Basquiat continues to struggle financially and spends most of his time on the streets. He even lived in an empty apartment without electricity and water for some time.

However, he continued to work and eventually managed to gain attention from the art world. His work has been recognized and exhibited in renowned art galleries around the world, making him one of the most famous and influential artists of his time.

The life story of Jean-Michel Basquiat teaches us about perseverance and persistence in facing difficulties, including in finding a job. Even though it was difficult at first, he didn’t give up and kept trying until he succeeded in the field he loved.
