Crystal Magnum. Conviction: Second Degree Murder. Victim: Male, 46 yrs. Crystal Magnum is best known for making false allegations of rape in the 2006 Duke Lacrosse case. Four years later in 2010, she was arrested on charges of attempted murder of her then boyfriend, Milton Walker. Three years after that, in 2013, she was found guilty of second degree murder after repeatedly stabbing boyfriend Reginald Daye. Daye died 10 days after the attack, for which Magnum was sentenced to 14-18 years in prison.
