watercolor of an octopus attacking a pirate ship. I am still having a hard time with watercolor. I always really like the initial drawings I do and then end up ruining it with the watercolor. I have a hard time showing the enfaces and subordinates, as well as values of light and dark. I want to get better with watercolor so any comments are greatly appreciated. This is done on a moleskine sketchbook, but I’m having a hard time with the watercolor book as well.
