Having met Robin Pinder, a beautiful young woman whose charm, pulchritude, and pleasant speaking/singing voice greatly inspired him one night at a concert and daily on the large television screens everywhere he went (incognito), a phantom in a purple cloak summons Robin inside a dove to come and kidnaps her, sequestering her in his lair before he disappears in a cloud of smoke.
