Good morning! Got a call from https://drainexpress.ca/ on Sunday night within hours after posting help on Homestars. Said Daril would be over next day early morning and he was (a bit late, gotta keep you honest). Within a couple of hours, Daril diagnosed that I need a back flow valve installed to prevent city water from backing into my basement drain. He used a camera to confirm that I have no pipe issues going into the city main line. Definitely recommend these guys!
