Ketoprak is a type of typical Indonesian food using ketupat which is easy to find. Usually ketoprak sold using a stroller on the streets or on the sidewalks.
The main ingredients are tofu, vermicelli, cucumber, bean sprouts, and you can also use boiled eggs which are complemented with peanut sauce, sweet soy sauce, and a sprinkling of fried shallots. Can also be served with additional crackers or melinjo chips. Some versions also include tempe as a component. The tools used to process ketoprak are not difficult, that is, they only need a knife and a knife.
