Complete 5 total rounds, including one hip hinge and cossack stretch both left and right. Each round should take about 30-45 seconds. Dictate rest based on your body’s response to the stretch. Transitions should take about 10 seconds, but don’t rush through the exercises if it takes you longer to get in and out of the movements.
