Raw milk is milk that has not been pasteurized or homogenized, meaning it comes directly from the cow, goat, or other animals without undergoing heat treatment. Advocates believe it retains more natural enzymes, beneficial bacteria, and nutrients compared to processed milk, offering a richer taste and potential health benefits.
