At the end of this month we’re leaving for a trip through the Panama Canal. The voyage will take 15 days and we’ll visit 8 different countries.
To document the journey I’m taking a Moleskine Japanese Album.
In the first page I drew this picture of the Americas to show where we’ll be travelling.
I transferred the map by covering the back with graphite, taping it to the pages and then tracing it with a hard pencil. Once transferred, I drew over it with a fine-tipped felt pen, and I colored it with Nu Pastels and a water-filled brush.
