A charcoal drawing I made in my moleskine sketchbook of John Singer Sargent’s oil portrait of Ernest-Ange Duez. Sargent’s oil painting is currently being exhibited at the National Portrait Gallery in London as part of the “Artists & Friends” exhibition.
