Today’s Sketch no 2023 is of our pride and joy… Drumroll… The star dish : Char Koay Teow.
Fried flat noodles with prawns, cockles, eggs, chilli, beansprouts and chives. Ask any Penangite, they will tell you this is their favourite dish.
