This section of the moleskine.com website has been designed and is maintained by Moleskine in order to provide for a quick access facility to the authorized Moleskine distributors (dealers) to a wide range of material relating to the Moleskine products or brand (the "Material"). The Material is protected by intellectual property rights and other exclusive rights (the "IP Rights") which are owned by Moleskine or in certain instances may have been licensed to Moleskine by third parties owners. The authorized dealers are not granted an unlimited license over the Material.
Therefore by downloading the Material the dealer accepts to be bound by the following:
- the Material may be used for the sole purpose of promoting genuine Moleskine branded products or the Moleskine brand in accordance with the Moleskine brand values and/or with Moleskine's general or specific directions;
- the Material shall never be altered and derivative works are not permitted without Moleskine's consent;
- Moleskine may at any time require a dealer to stop or rectify the usage of the Material (or pieces thereof) and a dealer shall promptly comply;
- normally the usage of the Material may not be sublicensed to third parties. Sublicensing is permitted only if the dealer has a good faith belief that the Moleskine brand may actually benefit, provided that the dealer must be able to secure compliance by any third party user with these usage rules and that the dealer remain fully liable for any wrongdoing;
Any misuse of the Material (e.g. the Material is used in a derogatory way, tampered with, associated with inappropriate images or contexts etc.) of which a dealer becomes aware shall promptly be reported to Moleskine. Please submit to us all important communication materials that you will produce for final approval.PHOTOS

Photos are also included in the Media Kit, distributed to all trade partners via the Communication Update, for internet pr and press purposes. Also useful for trade presentations. Please consult with us for all major communication activities involving the Moleskine brand.

Available on the Official Moleskine YouTube and Vimeo Channels, they create buzz around the Moleskine brand and its collections. They can be embedded in Online Stores, used as a pr tool, for getting additional coverage by webmags and bloggers. Also useful for trade presentations.
